I am Elden, a fitness trainer who enjoys educating people by breaking down complex movements into simpler parts, which aids in training the body to move better. Since 2019, I have been assisting in Fitstop Group classes, under the mentorship of Kru Ace. I believe that with enhanced performance, the next evolution is an improved physique. Bodyweight exercises and Basic Muay Thai techniques are my preferred choices of weapons as they tackle the various aspects of cardio, strength and coordination.
